	Created in 1990, the QMP process model was built on the belief that simplified, yet scientifically sound marketing and sales principles could be coalesced into a set of easy-to-use-and-understand marketing and sales processes, disciplines and tools that small-to-midsize business-to-business firms could use to significantly improve their financial performance. Since then, the process has continued to evolve, grow and prove itself over and over again in the real-world challenges of the marketplace.
