There are several ways to start.
For the cautious, a first step might be to take the “Company Self-Assessment” and consider the results when they are returned. This is a no-obligation action on your part and all results are held in strict confidence. Even before you see the comparative results, simply answering the questions begins to reveal performance gaps.
A second step, for some a first step, is a Free Preliminary Consultation. These can be held in person or in a GoToMeeting format. During this session we will discuss the results of the assessment and priority areas that should be addressed. If after that. you’d like to understand what it would take to fix problem areas, a program can be formulated for your most critical need for you to consider.
A third approach is to simply attend, or send someone to attend, a QMP Workshop in the area you think needs most help — Market Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Performance Management StraightTalk™, Communications or Recruiting.
A final approach to considering whether you wish to embark on a transforrmation program with QMP is to consider your personal level of tolerance for change. Read our article on Executive Types and consider whether you are motivated enough to act.
