The QMP Value Assurance Program

 

After a firm makes the commitment to a QMP™ executive strategy workout, its next critical hurdle is seeing to the successful deployment of the plan. A QMP Value Assurance Program is designed to coach, advise and support the team through that deployment.

 

The Value Assurance program is available at three levels of support. Common to all levels are; work session to develop performance metrics, expectations and check points, individual and departmental work sessions to formulate deployment details, sales process coaching, sales account opportunity strategy work sessions, regular summary / status reports and strategy adjustments, as needed.
