Jerry Vieira is the president and founder of The QMP Group, Inc., a Portland-based management consulting firm (www.TheQMPGroup.com) that helps business-to-business companies rapidly turn underperforming divisions, product lines and service offerings into significant and reliable profit contributors.
In addition to guiding turnarounds and transformations for his client companies, Jerry publishes articles on his innovative techniques, process and tools, and has lectured in both the US and Europe, energizing business owners.
Jerry earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in engineering and music. In his earlier career, he held engineering, manufacturing and marketing and sales management positions at Texas Instruments, Baxter International and Planar Systems through its IPO.
