Executive Team Market Strategy Workout

 

An Executive Team Market Strategy Workout is designed to address your most critical marketing challenge. These facilitated workouts typically comprise an intense two-day, off-site effort with the firms cross-functional executive and expert staff (typically 6, maximum 12).

 

Using QMP-proprietary analytical tools, processes and systems. The team produces:

· A focused, near-term market strategy designed to accelerate profitable growth  and quickly achieve positive cash flow

· The planning of a rapid-impact, yet cost-effective, 100-day deployment plan for that strategy

· The implementation of a disciplined sales and sales management process for field execution of the strategy

The QMP Value Assurance Deployment Program

 

 After a firm makes the commitment to addressing its marketing and sales challenges through a QMP executive workout, its next critical hurdle is managing the successful deployment of the plan. A QMP Value Assurance Program is designed to support the team through that deployment.

 

The program is available at three levels of support. Common to all levels are; frequent work sessions and checkpoints that ensure progress on deployment deliverables (action items and milestones), individual and departmental coaching, communications both up and down in the organization to assure coordination and synergy and periodic adjustments based on  market data coming from the field during deployment.
