QMP now offers an affordable, five-month deployment and process training program to help smaller business-to-business firms bring their market strategy, business development and sales capabilities to a whole new level of performance.
Through this program your executive team will participate with the executive teams of four other non-competing companies in a joint marketing and sales learning and transformation experience.
Teams meet monthly for a full day to learn, work as a team on their company-specific strategies and present / discuss the results of their previous month’s homework. The learning is intense, and the experience invaluable. Companies come out of the program fundamentally changed —for the better.
The program addresses the four basic areas of marketing and sales excellence:
