The Consultancy Navigator Program is designed to help experienced professionals crystalize and leverage their expertise to quickly gain traction with their startup or emerging consulting practice. This highly personalized program provides the tools, techniques, mentoring and coaching needed to accelerate cash flow and begin to build a track-record of client success.
Through a series of hands-on work sessions participants focus their energy on the critical components required for early success: defining and packaging their highest-value service offerings, focusing on their highest probability-of-success target customers, building their reputation, smart networking, developing successful sales behaviors, winning your first engagements and mastering good business discipline.
The Navigator Program comprises 5, 2-hour roundtable (or individual) working sessions over a six week period - with homework and coaching in-between. During that time, the program walks participants through a process for focusing, organizing, promoting and efficiently kicking off their consultancy practice.
