Workshops range from half to two days and are conducted in a round table format. Workshop size is limited to six attendees to assure that there is plenty of peer interaction and that learning and workshop time are used to directly address company-specific issues. All QMP Institute workshops have subject-specific, reusable take-away tools and comprehensive instructional manuals to assure a continuing return on the learning investment. A QMP Certification Program is offered for graduates of all four workshops who also complete a project with QMP coaching to assure success.
